This Service Delivery and Booking Confirmation Policy outlines how we manage the booking process for free trial classes and workshops on Nritya, and what you can expect after making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Upon successfully booking a free trial class or paid workshop, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your booking, including the date, time, location, and any special instructions; however, booking confirmation depends solely on the studios.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

2. Accessing Services

For free trial classes, you will receive details on how to attend the class, including any necessary instructions or materials.

For paid workshops, you will receive detailed information on how to access the workshop, including venue details or virtual meeting links if the workshop is online.

3. Cancellations and Changes

If there are any changes or cancellations to your booking, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. In case of a cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on refunds.

You can also manage your bookings through your account on our website.
